With the constant support and encouragement from John Fox Sensei, the Aikan Dojo of Aikido Yoshinkai comes to Grants Pass, Oregon.

Aikido is a non-violent, non-competitive Japanese martial art of self-defense. You do not need to have exceptional strength in order to perform Aikido. You will learn how to utilize your opponent's own energy and movements to easily throw, pin and control them. Aikido can be done by virtually anyone.
